Important Added Info: Note that this lobby card has been personally autographed (signed) by Billy Wilder! Note that this card (and the two other lobby cards that are signed by Billy Wilder that we are auctioning separately) comes to us from a collector who purchased them from a long time autograph collector who attended many shows and events on both coasts, obtaining autographs from celebrities in person. That autograph collector found out where Billy Wilder lived in Los Angeles, and he went to the building and asked the doorman if he could leave a package for Mr. Wilder (it contained a bunch of lobby cards, with a letter asking him to sign them). The doorman misunderstood what he was asking, and he called up to Mr. Wilder, who came down and met the collector and signed all the cards for him! Our consignor (and we) feel certain these autographs are authentic! Condition: very good to fine. Learn More about condition grades
