Artist: Norman Rockwell Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this World War II poster! The poster was placed on to a very thin linen backing, perhaps shortly after being printed. The purpose was to reinforce the poster, so that it would survive, when it was passed from location to location, and when it was put up on walls and taken down. The poster can be displayed and enjoyed exactly as it is! Condition: very good. The poster was in excellent condition prior to being mounted to the thin linen, which has 1" excess all around. At one point, it was in a frame, and there are tape stains around the edges of the excess linen, but it does not affect the poster itself. Learn More about condition grades
