An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded International Three-Sheet Movie Poster (3sh; measures 41" x 81" [104 x 206 cm]) (Learn More)

Adam's Woman, the 1970 Philip Leacock Australian romantic melodrama ("about the founding of Sydney by convicts"; "Australia's first multi-million-dollar production of its convict colonists"; "filmed entirely in Australia"; "Out of the violent land they carved a new world. A man. His woman. And an adventure that became legend."; about a man wrongly accused of murder while on shore leave) starring Beau Bridges (in the title role as Adam), Jane Merrow, James Booth, Andrew Keir, Tracy Reed, and John Mills ("as Sir Philip MacDonald"). Note that English director Philip Leacock did photography during World War II, and then directed his first real movie in 1951, and he worked steadily until 1963, directing 17 movies and a number of TV shows. At that point, he switched to TV exclusively, except that he made this one movie in 1970, and then no others, remaining in TV until 1987 when he retired, and he passed away three years later.

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this poster was stamped "FOREIGN" which means it was printed for use outside the United States (there would also have been posters stamped "DOMESTIC" for use within the United States). Often, the "FOREIGN" posters would have a different (sometimes racier) image than that for the one used in the United States. Also note that this three-sheet was printed in 2 sections.

Condition: good to very good. There are some creases and several tears along the foldlines that were on the outside when the poster was fully folded. There are some creases, smudges, and tiny tears on some foldlines, and some tiny paper loss at some crossfolds. There is a long thin piece of clear tape on the back of the poster that was not put there for a restoration purpose.
