Date Sold 12/27/2018Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. An Unfolded Special Poster (measures 18" x 24" [46 x 61 cm]) (Learn More) "That Fire Box... Where Is It?", the circa 1940s workplace safety poster featuring art of a man scratching his head while illuminated by flame. Note that this was part of a series of posters created by the Bethlehem Steel Company in Pennsylvania. They were the second largest steel producer and largest shipbuilder in America! We think the 'fire box' may refer to a fire alarm box, a device used to notify a fire department of a fire, or it could refer to a fire safety equipment box. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. There is some very slight discoloration on the back at lower left but it has little or no effect on the front. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
