Leonard romantic cowboy western musical (about a beautiful saloon singer who is romanced by a bandit who pretends to be a soldier in order to be acceptable to her, but what will happen when she finds out the truth?) starring Jeanette MacDonald, Nelson Eddy, Walter Pidgeon, Leo Carrillo, Buddy Ebsen, Ray Bolger, and Leonard Penn. Note that there were two silent movies based on this same play by David Belasco, and an earlier sound version in 1930 with Ann Harding. There was also a opera version by Puccini based on this play. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and minor wear on the foldlines. There were some diagonal creases in the top left corner and some creases around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was backed on to a very thin linen, and little restoration was performed, and no excess linen was left around the edges of the poster. Learn More about condition grades
