An Original Vintage Color 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] Television Still (Learn More) Redd Foxx was a black African American stand-up comedian, as well as a film and television actor from the 1960s to the 1990s. In the 1950s, he made a series of XXX rated records! Although he appeared in other movies and TV shows, he is best remembered as Fred Sanford from TV's "Sanford and Son". Some of his other movies include: Harlem Nights, Cotton Come to Harlem, and Norman... Is That You? In a twist of irony, his character on "Sanford and Son" often faked a heart attack on the show and stated that one day "The Big One" would come. When he DID have a heart attack in 1991, those around him thought he was just joking, and didn't seek immediate help. He was later rushed to a hospital where he passed away at the age of 68. Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm]. Also note that this still was printed on Kodak paper, but we believe it to surely be an original still.
