An Original Vintage Autographed 7" x 9" [18 x 23 cm] Television Still (Learn More) Jason Robards Jr. was a stage and movie actor from the 1940s to the 1990s. His father was major silent stage and screen star, Jason Robards Sr. He had limited success in New York City in theater, TV, and radio before becoming a star with his lead role on the stage in "The Iceman Cometh", which he immediately followed with the lead role in "Long Day's Journey Into Night" (both plays by Eugene O'Neill). He was married to Lauren Bacall for many years. Some of his movies include: Melvin & Howard (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Once Upon a Time in the West, A Thousand Clowns, Toys in the Attic, All The President's Men (winner of the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), and Julia (winner of the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film). He passed away in 2000 at the age of 78. Important Added Info: Note that this television still has been personally autographed (signed) by Jason Robards!
