An Absentee Holds Up The Game, the 1950s (perhaps 1960s) workplace motivational poster created by the Elliott Service Company to encourage workers, and featuring art of a baseball player fishing instead of doing his job. The Elliott Service Company created workplace motivational posters, flyers, pamphlets and other printed material from at least the 1950s to the 1960s.

Condition: very good. The poster has never been folded and it is in pretty nice condition!
