The Miraculous MiniCopter! The Fantastic Chase! The Most Beautiful Spies in History!"; "Matt Helm is alive and well and swinging in Copenhagen -- so far!"; "Based on the novel by Donald Hamilton") starring Dean Martin ("as Matt Helm"), Elke Sommer, Sharon Tate, Nancy Kwan, Nigel Green, Tina Louise, and Chuck Norris (uncredited in his very first movie role!). Note that Dean Martin was so distraught over the murder of his co-star and friend Sharon Tate, that he abandoned the next "Matt Helm" motion picture series installment (to be titled "The Ravagers"), and never played the character again. Important Added Info: Note that this auction contains five out of the set of six door panels that were created for this movie (the one not being offered is the one that featured Dean Martin). These five door panels feature full-length images of four lead female stars of the movie (Sharon Tate, Elke Sommer, Nancy Kwan, and Tina Louise), and the fifth one features one of the "Slaymates", who we have been unable to identify (and neither has anyone we have asked!). In all our years of auctioning, we have only previously auctioned a single door panel from this movie, and now we have five of them! Condition: good. The door panel with Elke Sommer has several creases and some water staining around the edges and a tear at lower right. The door panel with Sharon Tate has slight discoloration scattered in some areas from exposure to moisture and it has unevenly faded at center (see our image). The door panel with Nancy Kwan has slight discoloration scattered in some areas from exposure to moisture and creases scattered in various areas, and a few small tears around the edges. The door panel with Tina Louise has slight discoloration in a few portions of the edges, light creases scattered in various areas and some small tears and pinholes around the edges as well. The door panel with the unidentified Slaygirl (see above) has slight discoloration around the edges and several creases and some tears of varying lengths around the edges. The rare door panels are otherwise "all there" but please read our condition description of each and see our super-sized images to get a good sense of the condition of each of the posters.
