An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

Chiselers of Hollywood, the 1930 William A. O'Connor Hollywood California movie acting crime melodrama ("A snappy all-talking drama of Movieland"; about three small town sisters who go to Hollywood to become actresses; one gets a job, but her boss makes advances on her and she kills him, and the other two help her to gain an acquittal at her murder trial) starring Phyllis Barrington, Rita La Roy, Sheila Bromley, Edmund Breese, and Donald Reed. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. Note that the IMDb says that the actual title of this movie is "Playthings of Hollywood", and that "Chiselers of Hollywood" is the "copyright title", but the only movie paper we have ever seen has "Chiselers of Hollywood" on it, so we think that either they have that reversed, or they are just completely wrong. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: very good. There is tiny paper loss in the bottom left corner, pinholes around the edges, and a scratch in the lower right of the image. Otherwise, the card is in nice condition. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
