Artist: Kazuhiko Sano Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned two examples of this three-sheet, and only one in the last 9 years, and that example sold for $4,200! Also note that the poster has a stamp on the back with a diagram of how to assemble the poster (see our image). Note that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 39" x 83 3/4" [99 x 213 cm]. Also note that this three-sheet was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap. Condition: fair. Someone trimmed a total of approximately 3" from the left and right of the poster (likely a pretty even amount on each side, around 1 1/2" on each side). Fortunately, it mostly only affects background on each side. One could display this poster exactly as it is, and likely few people would realize the trimming, but please bear this in mind before placing a bid (and it would surely be a very expensive restoration to completely restore the missing area).
