There will be a special Fright Break during the showing of 'Homicidal'. All those too timid to take the climax will be welcomed to the Coward's Corner!"; "The story of a psychotic killer!"; "The picture with a 'Fright Break!' Money back guarantee for cowards only!"; "There will be a special Fright Break sometime during the running of 'Homicidal'. All those too timid to take the climax will be welcomed to the Coward's Corner... where upon their admission price will be 'sneerfully' refunded and they will be discretely drummed out of the Brotherhood of the Brave-Hearted!") starring Glenn Corbett, Patricia Breslin, Eugenie Leontovich, Alan Bunce, James Westerfield, and Joan Marshall (billed as "introducing Jean Arless"). Note that director William Castle was famous for his wacky gimmicks (this was lovingly parodied in the movie "Matinee"). In this movie, the gimmick was that there was a special "fright break" where those who were too frightened by the movie could take refuge in a special "coward's corner". NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Glen Eisner Important Added Info: Note that this original pencil drawing (one of nine similar pencil drawings we are currently auctioning in nine separate auctions) has been personally autographed (signed) by by the artist, Glen Eisner! Mr. Eisner has been working in film and television for over 35 years. Both in the horror field and other fields. He is known not only for his art, but for sculptures that he creates for use in making three-dimensional characters in horror films, and he teaches a college class called "Sculpture for 3-D Artists", where students build sculptures with aluminum wire and clay. This original drawing shows characters from this movie, and we don't know exactly under what circumstances it was created, but we think it is likely a private commission that he did for our consignor, who sadly is no longer with us, so he can't tell us the story behind it. It has been nicely matted, and is ready to frame and display on the new owner's wall! Condition: very good to fine. The drawing has been nicely matted (see our images).
