Kaufman political Washington D.C. politics romantic satire ("He's the new candidate for the screen's howl of fame!"; "From the Story by Edwin Lanham") starring William Powell (in the title role as Senator Melvin G. Ashton), Ella Raines, Arleen Whelan, Ray Collins, and Peter Lind Hayes (billed as "Introducing Peter Lind Hayes")

Condition: very good. A few cards have some scattered stains (more so around the edges; the title card has the faint stains at center) but most are in pretty nice condition.
