McLaglen cowboy western ("The Legend"; "The Hero The Man The Winner The Western"; "The biggest man around when the biggest man was needed.") starring John Wayne ("John Wayne is Chisum"; in the title role as John Simpson Chisum), Forrest Tucker, Christopher George, Ben Johnson, Bruce Cabot, Glenn Corbett (as Pat Garrett), Patric Knowles, Andrew Prine, Richard Jaeckel, Lynda Day, Geoffrey Deuel (as Billy 'The Kid' Bonney), and Pamela McMyler (Deuel and McMyler are billed as "introducing Geoffrey Deuel and Pamela McMyler") NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that these stills appear in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right of each still. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the stills were used in French speaking parts of Canada, but they were printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us! So they are original stills from 1970, but they were printed for use in parts of Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: very good to fine.
