Podnyataya Tselina (released in English-speaking countries as "Virgin Soil Upturned"), the 1960 Aleksandr Ivanov Russian melodrama (based on the novel by Mikhail Sholokhov) starring Andrei Abrikosov, Pyotr Glebov, Leonid Kmit, Lyudila Khityayeva, and Pyotr Chernov. Note that this film was over four hours long and many countries broke it up into two parts.
