An Original Vintage Folded French World War I Poster (measures 19 3/4" x 25 3/4" [50 x 65 cm]) (Learn More)

L'eternelle Menace du Genre Humain (literally translates to "The Eternal Threat of the Human Race"), the 1910s French World War I (WWI) Home Front poster encouraging people to oppose Germany, and listing the many faults and selfish acts of the nation. This poster was part of a series of posters created from extracts of a booklet entitled "Et la Lumiere se Fait". Note that this poster features art of several hands carrying symbolic labels fighting over a globe. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: very good. The poster has minor fold and border wear. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition and it displays well!
