She is best remembered for her shower scene in Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film). Some of her other movies include: Holiday Affair, Touch of Evil, The Manchurian Candidate, Bye Bye Birdie, and The Fog. She passed away in 2004 at the age of 77.
