Note that our consignor purchased this contract (and a matching contract with Lou Costello, plus a Costello signed cut album page, plus a photo signed by Bud Abbott) from the estate of the talent agent who represented Abbott & Costello at this time in 1956. These contracts and other signed items were purchased together with a collection of Abbott & Costello memorabilia we have been auctioning in non-signed auctions. Our consignor does not have a certificate of authenticity for the items from this collection, but we are certain the signature is authentic.
