Schweiz Winter-Hilfe (literally translates to "Switzerland Winter Aid"), the 1947 Swiss poster encouraging citizens to help people survive the cold months in Switzerland, and featuring V. Hasslaner art of a mother and two children. The Winterhilfe Schweiz association was founded in 1936 to assist those in need due to a lack of work or earning opportunities and help them to survive the harsh winter better.

Artist: V. Hasslaner

Condition: fair to good. The poster has really substantial tears of varying lengths around the edges as well as some areas of paper loss. A few of the tears or other defects as described above are repaired with tape from the back. The edges are quite fragile. After proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
