An Original Vintage Folded Special Movie Poster (measures 20" x 28" [51 x 71 cm]) (Learn More)

Chickie, the 1975 Charles Dodgson (billed as "Trudy Starr") sexploitation movie ("Powerful... Dramatic... Revealing..."; "The intimate story of a beautiful girl, who wanted nothing more than to please others. She couldn't say... NO...") starring Valerie Marron (billed as "Blaze Pascal"), Dolly Sharp (billed as "Emmanuelle Pankhurst"), William Booth, Cotton Mather, Six Carr (billed as "Bix Carr"), and Mimi Marks. Note that Valerie Marron performed in sexploitation films in the 1970s, and during this time, she dated Mickey Ruskin, who ran and owned both Max's Kansas City and the Ninth Circle Steak House. Valerie retired from sexploitation movies in 1975 to focus on her music career. Unfortunately, she experienced considerable tragedy throughout her personal life. Interestingly, in this film she chose the pseudonym Blaze Pascal, obviously a parody of 15th century French Christian philosopher, Blaise Pascal
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that we have only auctioned three examples of this poster before! Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Note that in recent months we started auctioning a wonderful collection of sexploitation one-sheets that includes many extremely rare titles from a single collector, and that collection includes lots of folded one-sheets, but also rolled one-sheets, special posters, and some other posters as well. This month there are 95 different rolled posters (all are in separate auctions), and they include a number of posters that we have only auctioned once or twice before. There are also a number with great images or taglines. This is an excellent opportunity to add one or more of these rare rolled posters to your collection, and this consignor only had one of each title, so on the rare ones, it may be quite some time before we offer the same title again!

Condition: good to very good.
