Adventures of Smilin' Jack, the 1942 Lewis D. Collins & Ray Taylor military airplane aviation action adventure serial ("13 Thrill-Blasted Chapters!"; "Original Screen Play by Morgan B. Cox"; "Based upon the newspaper feature entitled 'Smilin' Jack' by Zack Mosley") starring Tom Brown (in the title role as Smilin' Jack Martin), Marjorie Lord, Rose Hobart, Edgar Barrier, Turhan Bey, Keye Luke, Sidney Toler, and Philip Ahn. Note that this movie was set just before World War II, and in it the Chinese and Americans work together to stop the Germans and the Japanese, and both Sidney Toler and Keye Luke played Asian characters, just as they did in the Charlie Chan movies!

Condition: very good to fine. Someone who used this card in a book taped the caption that was to run in the book on the back of the center of the card, but it does not affect the front.
