Mankiewicz Italian/U.S. romantic melodrama ("'The World's most beautiful animal!'"; also written by Joseph L. Mankiewicz; told in flashbacks, it starts with the funeral of a glamorous movie star, and men in her life recall their interactions with her) starring Humphrey Bogart, Ava Gardner, Edmond O'Brien (winner of the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Marius Goring, Valentina Cortesa, Rossano Brazzi, Elizabeth Sellars, Warren Stevens, Bessie Love, and Riccardo Rioli. Note that this movie has a similar structure to that of Citizen Kane, which was written by screenwriter Joseph L. Mankiewicz's older brother, Herman J. Mankiewicz! Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster has a few tiny dots stains in portions of some edges and slightly more slight discoloration at lower right. It has a tear at lower center that has been repaired with tape from the back and a similar tear at upper left and there are some smaller tears around the edges with a few small area of blank border loss. The large blank border has been overprinted and there is a tax stamp at upper right. It is otherwise in pretty good condition and after a simple linenbacking the poster will look great!
