Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Half-Sheet (measures 22x28) (Learn More) Moran of the Lady Letty, the 1922 George Melford silent high seas romantic smuggling adventure thriller ("From the story by Frank Norris"; about a young man who's abducted and put into service on aboard a smuggling ship) starring Dorothy Dalton (in the title role as Moran Letty Sternersen), Rudolph Valentino, Charles Brinley, Walter Long, Emil Jorgenson, Maude Wayne and George O'Brien. Note that Valentino was not even billed on this poster (although he is pictured)! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this half-sheet came from a collection found in a closed-down movie theater. All of the half-sheets were unfolded, and many have the theater name and play-dates written somewhere on the poster in the blank background (much as a window card has this information), but otherwise they are in surprisingly good condition (some have staining or tears which is always noted on each auction). We have sold ten of these half-sheets in previous weeks, and this week we sell the last of the half-sheets from this find! Condition: very good. There are several tiny brown stains across the top 12" of the poster. There are several tiny areas of surface paper loss throughout the poster. There is black marker writing across the top edge of the image and in the left of the bottom edge Learn More about condition grades
