You can use these images to determine the exact condition of it from our super-sized image, but realize that there are some other pages you are not seeing. Condition: fair. The program book is rippled throughout in the top left, extending into many images, but the pages are not stuck together. The front cover WAS stuck to the first interior page and someone forced it open, causing surface paper loss on the inside front cover and on the first interior page in the 1 1/2" closest to the spine in much of that area. Someone put tape on the top left of the cover, with one piece folding over to the back. This program is in much lesser condition, so bear that in mind before bidding on it.
