The poster had considerable paper loss around the edges in three borders, but fortunately, most of it is in the blank borders. There were tears and paper loss scattered in the center of the image, but otherwise, the image area was in pretty good condition. Overall, the poster was in "fair" condition prior to linenbacking. Someone backed the poster and performed restoration to the center of the image area, but left alone the defects around the edges, and the stains in what remains of the borders. I would think that a talented restorer could perform the rest of the restoration, with or without backing the poster, but bear in mind its considerable defects and the need for additional restoration before placing a bid.
