Anderson Reed"; about a woman whose father's estate was partially squandered by the executors, and they want her to sign away her rights to sue them, and when she refuses, they hold her captive; simultaneously, the producers of a failing Broadway show have their star pretend to be kidnapped, for the publicity; when they send men to rescue her, they mistakenly rescue the captive heir, and after many complications, including the heir being re-captured and put in an insane asylum, one of the show producers falls in love with her, and they marry, and the show becomes a success!) starring Emmy Wehlen, Jack Mulhall, Hugh Fay, Joseph Kilgour, and Effie Conley NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss at the middle crossfold and tiny paper loss at the other two crossfolds. It had some tears and tiny paper loss around the edges and very minor fold wear. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above (a talented restorer could touch them up without re-backing the poster).
