Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It had small paper loss in the top right corner and a 3" horizontal tear just below the top tagline. It had some tears in the bottom border, with one extending into the "B" of "BONDS" and a few other tears in the borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was mounted onto a thin linen with no excess, and it was not that well backed, and it is slightly "lifting" from the linen.
