Cobb, Jean Parker, Lyle Talbot, Dickie Moore, and Porter Hall. Note that the above tagline "How you'll laugh as Bob Burns!" is NOT a typo! That is exactly how it appeared on the poster. We imagine someone goofed in 1938 and that it should have read "How you'll laugh at Bob Burns!". Note that this movie has great similarities to the 1943 James Cagney movie Johnny Come Lately, but the two movies have entirely different writers credited. There is a piece of tape on the back of the poster that bleeds through somewhat in the upper right corner.
