An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Buck Privates, the 1941 Arthur Lubin musical military screwball comedy ("Special material for Abbott and Costello by John Grant") starring Bud Abbott, Lou Costello (Abbott and Costello), Lee Bowman, Alan Curtis, Jane Frazee, Nat Pendleton, and The Andrew Sisters (Patty Andrews, Maxene Andrews, Laverne Andrews), and "24 world champion boogie-woogie Boys and Beauties!". Note that Shemp Howard was in this movie as well, but he was not billed or pictured on the posters! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good. The theater that used this card used the great image for an 8x10, by cutting an 8" x 10" area out of the image. Fortunately, after they used it, they re-taped that area back with brown tape from the back. Since it appears a razor was used to cut the image, there is no paper loss and only a fine line where the cuts were made. There is a 2" vertical tear near the top center of the card and some smudges around the edges. There is also brown paper tape on the back of the top and right borders. But in spite of the above defects, the card displays pretty nicely just as it is! Learn More about condition grades
