Double Danger, the 1938 Lew Landers romantic jewel thief blackmail crime mystery comedy (a silly story of a famous jewel thief much like "Raffles", except he writes books about each of his successful crimes, and he is invited to the police commissioner's house, because the commissioner is trying to trap him by showing him expensive jewels, but there is a woman jewel thief there who is after the same thing, and after the jewels are stolen and re-stolen many times, the two thieves fall in love, and he agrees to write one final book about his last adventure) starring Preston Foster, Whitney Bourne, Donald Meek, Samuel S. Hinds, Arthur Lake, and June Johnson
