Artist: Tom Jung Important Added Info: Note that, due to the immense popularity of this movie, there were FOUR different printings of this "style A" one-sheet poster! The first printing had the original NSS number of 77-21-0, while the next three printings had the 77-21 NSS number. The first three printings all had "Style A" printed in the bottom border, while this fourth printing did not. There are also reproductions of this poster, but the poster offered here is an original poster from the very first printing! Note that our consignor wanted to have unfolded versions of all four of the different 1977 printings of the Star Wars style A one-sheet. Ironically, it turned out that the first printing, while difficult to find unfolded, was not as difficult to find unfolded as the second printing! It also turned out that the third printing was almost impossible to find unfolded, and it took him a very long time to find one (and he was never able to find an unfolded example of the fourth printing, which is why it is not included in this collection). What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster was never folded. It had two very faint partial vertical creases running down the right center of the poster, but they are virtually invisible (you have to tilt the poster to the light and really stare at it to even faintly see it!).
