Our consignor purchased these from a number of dealers over a period of years. These did not come with certificates of authenticity, and we don't know for certain that all of these are authentic, so please do not bid on these unless you can accept this uncertainty. Of course, Batman is the 1966 - 1968 television (TV) action adventure comic book superhero crime family comedy mystery melodrama series (based on characters created by Bob Kane & Bill Finger) starring Adam West (in the title role as Batman/Bruce Wayne), Burt Ward (as Robin), Julie Newmar (as Catwoman), Cesar Romero (as The Joker), Burgess Meredith (as The Penguin), Frank Gorshin (as The Riddler), Victor Buono (as King Tut), and David Wayne (as The Mad Hatter).
