She is best known for her roles in And God Created Woman, Le Mepris, Masculin Feminin: 15 Faits Precis, La Verite, and Viva Maria! In the 1970s, she retired and has not made a movie since, but she is very active in animal rights causes and charities. As of 2024, she is still alive at the age of 88! Important Added Info: Note that this first day cover has been personally autographed (signed) by Brigitte Bardot! Our consignor is a dealer who has acquired many autographed items over many decades.
