Condition: good to very good. theater name and play date printed in the blank area at top; card has darkened slightly with age (except in the blank area at top); folded in half at one time resulting in a horizontal fold across the middle of the card; creases along the horizontal fold as well as minor creases, smudges, and scuffs throughout the card; pairs of staple holes in the left and right of the blank area at top; minor separation in the ends of the horizontal fold (repaired with tape from the back)
