Date Sold 9/9/2018 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 3 From the Inkwells of Hollywood books ("The Authentic Autographs of Stage, Screen, Radio & TV Stars from 1888 to 1988"), the 1980s autograph collectors set of 3 books devoted entirely to helping collectors authenticate autographs of celebrities who were signing through the mail at that time. You could compare your autograph to the example given in the books, and quickly see if yours was likely to be authentic. These books were published as a set of 3 (two with stars alphabetized, and one with Oscar winners), and we don't know how they were distributed, but they were published by Charles and Pat Searle of Searle's Autograph in Georgia.
