An Original Vintage One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh) (Learn More)

Don Mike, the 1927 Lloyd Ingraham silent south-of-the-border romantic cowboy western (written by Frances Marion, who was Thomson's wife!) starring Fred Thomson (in the title role as Don Miguel Arguella), Silver King (billed as "and the horse with a personality Silver King"), Ruth Clifford, Noah Young, and Albert Prisco. Note that star Fred Thomson was a major silent cowboy star (along with Tom Mix), but he is forgotten today, because he tragically died of tetanus just when sound movies started. Surely there should be a film biography of his life (perhaps Johnny Depp could play the lead role!). Also, note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.
