An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Le Chagrin et la Pitie (released in the U.S. as "The Sorrow and the Pity: Chronicle of a French City Under the Occupation"), the classic 1971 Marcel Ophuls (the son of director Max Ophuls) French/Swiss/German World War II (WWII) historical documentary (about French collaboration with Nazi Germany when they were occupied during World War II) featuring interviews by Marcel Ophuls with Frenchmen who lived through World War II, including Georges Bidault, Raphael Geminiani, Charles Braun, Henri Rochat, and Marius Klein. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. There is some marker writing on the back of the poster that bleeds through to the front along the right of the bottom edge. Learn More about condition grades
