An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) 7th Heaven, the 1927 Frank Borzage (winner of the Best Director Academy Award for this film) silent France romantic tearjerker melodrama ("Based on John Golden's Stage Success"; "The motion picture by Austin Strong"; about a poor Paris sewer worker who prays for a pretty wife, and then he rescues a girl about to be arrested by claiming she is his wife, but then he goes into World War I, and she hears he has been killed, but he returns to her at the climax of the movie blinded; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award) starring Janet Gaynor (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film and two others; this was the first year Academy Awards were given!), Charles Farrell, Gladys Brockwell, David Butler, Ben Bard, Albert Gran, George E. Stone, and Emile Chautard NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good to fine. The card has a 1/2" tear in the lower right border and a tiny tear and a "bump" in the bottom blank border. There are two pinholes in the borders. Other than the above, the card is in nice condition!
