Set of 17 Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" Movie Still Proofs and Envelope (Learn More) Dragstrip Girl, the 1957 Edward L. Cahn AIP romantic love triangle automobile car racing sports action thriller ("Car Crazy! ...Speed Crazy! ...Boy Crazy!"; about a teenage girl who loves to drag race, and she is also torn between choosing a poor boy or a rich boy, who are both competing over her) starring Fay Spain, Steven Terrell (billed as "Steve Terrell"), John Ashley, Frank Gorshin, Tommy Ivo, and Judy Bamber. Note that the four leads are billed as "Hollywood's Newest Teenage Stars". Also note that Tommy Ivo was a child actor who loved fast cars in real life, and when this movie was made, he had a race car that was used in the movie, and eventually he became a professional race car driver! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this set of still proofs comes with the original envelope they were packaged in! These proofs were used by the movie's producer (Alex Gordon) to decide which images should be used for the 8x10 stills created for the movie. Note that many of these proofs include candid shots showing crew people interacting with the actors. Two of the sheets had images cut out (they were used for some other purpose). Condition: very good to fine. Two of the sheets have been cut; very minor creases, scuffs, and smudges around the edges of each still; (mostly only noticeable when the stills are held at an angle to the light); Note that these stills are slightly "bowed" (they don't lay completely flat). This is common with original vintage stills. The stills could be easily flattened out over time by storing them under weight. Learn More about condition grades
