Who will dare?"; the second of the Universal Frankenstein movies, and the only example I am aware of where a sequel is clearly superior to the original movie!; this is James Whale's masterpiece, and almost everyone agrees it is among the finest movies ever made, regardless of genre) starring Boris Karloff (as the Frankenstein monster), Colin Clive (as Dr. Henry Frankenstein), Valerie Hobson (as the bride of Dr. Frankenstein), Elsa Lanchester (in the title role as the bride of the Frankenstein monster, and also as Mary Shelley!), Una O'Connor, Ernest Thesiger (as Dr. Pretorius), E.E. Clive, O.P. Heggie, John Carradine, Dwight Frye (as Karl), Gavin Gordon, and Neil Fitzgerald NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Is this not one of the greatest candid horror stills you have ever seen? I just don't know how one could be much better than this! Also note that this still has been trimmed and it now measures 7 1/4" x 7 3/4" [18 x 20 cm]. Condition: good to very good. The still was trimmed on all four sides (into the image on three sides), but only background areas of the image were affected. The still has changed to a sepia color. It was once glued to an album page, and it has paper remnants on the back (and it has the remnants of the right border of the still, which someone glued to the back of this). In spite of these defects, this incredible still can certainly be displayed as it is, and it will be one that is a "conversation starter" for all who view it! Learn More about condition grades
