Condition: good. The upper horizontal fold is almost completely separated from the upper crossfold to the edge. There is an approximately 6" tear in the center right edge that was repaired with tape from the back. There are smaller tears and pinholes scattered in various areas (some of which was repaired with tape from the back). There are creases and tattering mostly along the foldlines and edges.
