There's One Born Every Minute, the 1942 Harold Young political advertising comedy ("Original Story, Robert B. Hunt") starring Hugh Herbert, Tom Brown, Peggy Moran, Guy Kibbee, Edgar Kennedy, Gus Schilling, Catharine Doucet, Elizabeth Taylor (this was her first movie and she was only 10 years old, and amazingly, she is given billing on the posters, although she is billed eighth!), and Carl 'Alfalfa' Switzer
