Note that fantasy artist H.R. Giger did the wonderful art that was used to create the alien and the alien planet, but his art was not used on any of the regular posters, only on special prints created after the movie became a hit! The one that sold 9 years ago sold for $188, and one of the two that sold more recently sold for $411 (but that was a reviewer copy with some extra stuff). The third one we auctioned had no stills at all. Clearly this is a rare presskit! The set of stills comes together with a brown bag that has "ALIEN NEWSPAPER SET A-1 and "20 STILLS" beneath that.
