Condition: fine. I am not a comic book dealer (although I was a full-time comic book dealer from 1967 to 1976, but the hobby has changed drastically in the past 25 years!). There are very minor creases along the spine and very minor scuffing on the background areas of the front and back cover. The interior pages have darkened very slightly.
