Formatic Radio, the 1960s record service that could be used by radio stations to create jingles, themes, station identification, news bulletins intros and more.

Important Added Info: Note that the record comes in a recently created blank black cardboard sleeve with a blank white paper sleeve, also recently created. Both these sleeves are to protect the record, which no longer had its original sleeve, which was likely blank white paper.

Condition: very good. We have no way of verifying if the record is playable, but it appears to be.
