The theater featured art deco design, two levels and seating for 1735. The theater was sold in the 1970s and converted into a shopping center. The poster had a snipe from the Orpheum Theatre glued to the bottom , and had minor fold and border wear. Other than the snipe, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking.
