Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus, the 1972 circus poster ("The Greatest Show on Earth") featuring art of a jaguar. The modern version of the circus started in 1919 when the Barnum & Bailey's Greatest Show on Earth, a circus created by P. T. Barnum and James Anthony Bailey, was merged with the Ringling Bros. World's Greatest Shows. With weakening attendance and high operating costs, the circus closed on May 21st, 2017 after 146 years.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded across the middle at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good to very good. There are some creases and scuff marks scattered throughout the poster and there are a few small areas of writing and some enlarged tack holes around the edges.
