There is tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some tiny tears scattered in the bottom horizontal fold, with a lesser amount of wear on the other folds. There is small separation at the bottom crossfold and at the ends of some of the folds. There is a faint yellow stain near the center of the bottom border.
