An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) His Woman, the 1931 Edward Sloman pre-Code sea voyage prostitution abandoned baby romantic melodrama (Cooper plays a freighter captain who finds an abandoned baby on his ship, and he thinks he is giving it to a missionary's daughter to watch, but actually, she is a prostitute; he starts to romance her, but when a man on ship tries to rape her, he discovers her past) starring Gary Cooper, Claudette Colbert, Averell Harris, Richard Spiro, and Douglass Dumbrille. Note that this movie is virtually a remake of 1928's "Sal of Singapore", with Phyllis Haver in the lead role. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have previously auctioned four lobby cards from this movie, but we have never before auctioned THIS card, which has a great close up of Cooper and Colbert! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There are two circular holes in the left blank border. There are some thumbnail creases in the lower left of the image, in Cooper's jacket and in the background to the right of it. There are a few faint smudges and scuffs scattered in the card, including a smudge in Colbert's wrist and chest, but they are mostly only noticeable when the card is tilted to the light.
