3 Undated (probably 1940s) Re-Release Vintage Theatrical Mexican Movie Lobby Cards (LCs; measure 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

The Fighting Texan, the undated (probably late 1940s or early 1950s) George Archainbaud Texas cowboy western ("Based on characters created by Clarence E. Mulford") starring William Boyd (as Hopalong Cassidy), Andy Clyde, Rand Brooks, and Elaine Riley. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not the 1937 movie of this title starring Kermit Maynard! This movie is a re-titled, Argentinean re-release of one of four Hoppy movies made between 1946 and 1948 (we can tell by matching the cast list). The four movies that this could be a re-release of are: Borrowed Trouble, The Devil's Playground, False Paradise, or Strange Gamble (there is a fifth movie that all three actors appear in, "Sinister Journey", but we have seen a different Argentinean poster for that movie, so that is eliminated). If anyone knows for sure which of the four movies this was a re-release of, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that these lobby cards measure 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm], but have not been trimmed.
